Musician Patrick Mulwana, also called Alien Skin, has ignited controversy together with his stage entrance at his latest live performance held at Lugogo Cricket Oval.
The singer was noticed smoking marijuana throughout his entrance whereas displaying a cross image. This gesture has been broadly interpreted as clashing with Christian values and morals.
The act has drawn vital criticism from the general public, and metropolis pastor Martin Sempa is now demanding a public apology from Alien Skin.
Pastor Sempa said that the “Sitya Danger” hitmaker should apologize for his actions inside seven days or face potential disruption of future live shows within the nation.
“We, as spiritual leaders, are deeply offended and are publicly requesting Patrick Mulwana to concern an apology to all Christians for desecrating the cross of Jesus Christ. Law enforcement should intervene, and he should apologize inside seven days. Failure to take action will lead to Alien Skin being unable to carry any additional live shows on this nation,” Pastor Sempa declared, urging legislation enforcement to take motion in opposition to the musician.
Alien Skin, in response through his social media, said that he idolizes Jesus Christ as a result of he feels a duty to raise the Ugandan music trade.
