Songwriter, producer, and recording artist Daddy Andre has been at odds with Eddy Kenzo for over two years.
The disagreement started after the formation of the Uganda National Musicians Federation (UNMF). Andre believes the federation is a political device of the NRM authorities, aimed toward curbing Bobi Wine’s affect within the music trade.
Andre has now accused Kenzo of giving artists false hope in regards to the copyright regulation. He claimed the federal government shouldn’t be all for amending the regulation.
