In 2023, legendary filmmaker, musician, and actress Mariam Ndagire revealed plans to open a movie faculty.
Ndagire has shared updates on the development progress and says the college is nearing completion.
She defined that each one school rooms have been constructed, and they’re presently finishing the dormitories and halls.
She says the college is situated in Sentema, Busiro South Constituency, Wakiso District.
She defined, “The Mariam Ndagire Film and Performing Arts Centre is sort of full, and we’re finalising the dormitories and electrical wiring. Operations will begin quickly.”
Ndagire says she is constructing the college to share her in depth movie data with younger folks and people with a future within the performing arts.
