Prime Minister, Robinah Nabbanja has directed Minister of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries, Frank Tumwebaze to analyze the reported delay in lifting of quarantine in Ntugamo District, even after the district is Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) free.
Nabbanja stated she has obtained experiences that some officers are benefiting from the quarantine.
“I need him [Tumwebaze] to choose up this matter and go to Ntugamo so you possibly can set up whether or not they don’t seem to be taking part in with our folks’s revenue,” Nabbanja stated.
